From time to time, we might decide to amend our guidelines. You have a responsibility to ensure you are satisfied with this. If you feel you are not satisfied with the amendments, you must refrain from selling your Products or services on our E-store platform. Continuous use of our E-store will mean you have accepted the amended Guidelines.

The vendor is responsible for creating Products pages on their E-store on the website, as well as uploading images and content that matches product description(what they intend to sell on the platform). No nudity or sexually suggestive images are allowed.

Ronlado uses a customer- centric approach, hence the importance on maintaining Customer’s trust. We have penalties for Vendors, so that customers can shop with a sense of safety and security and always come back.

Ronlado enforces penalties to prevent:

1.The sale of counterfeit products.

2.The cancellation of Orders and out of stock Products and still displaying these products on the website.

3.Any breach/infringement of any applicable law and regulations.

4.The slow fulfilment of Orders.

It is at the discretion of Ronlado to enforce penalties and which would reflect in your account statement.

It is at our discretion to add a little fee to product prices given by vendors that is displayed on our platform. These fees would help with administrative and other miscellaneous services. This does not affect your payment. Whatever price you give a product is what you would be paid.
